Refund and Return Policy for Reagan Pearce, LLC

Thank you for shopping at Reagan Pearce. We value your trust and strive to ensure that every product you receive meets the highest quality standards. If, for any reason, you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, our return and refund policy is as follows:

1. Return Period:

You have 30 days from the date of receipt to return the item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.

2. Non-returnable items:

• Sale or clearance items
• Gift cards

3. Returns Procedure:

1. Initiate a Return: Contact our customer service team at tracyduff@reaganpearce.com. Provide your order number and details about the item you wish to return.
2. Packaging: Ensure the item is packed in its original packaging with all tags and labels attached. Include the original invoice or a copy inside the package.
3. Shipping: Once you receive return  approval and a prepaid return label, ship the item to Reagan Pearce  Returns at 1752 Scout Cove, Nesbit, MS 38651.

4. Refunds:

Upon receipt of the returned item, our team will inspect it. If your return is approved, we will process a refund to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

5. Exchanges:

If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please initiate a return for the original item and place a new order for the desired item.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items:

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us within 7 days of receiving the order. We will send you a prepaid return label and, upon receipt and inspection, either refund you in full or send you a replacement item.

7. Cancellations:

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order. If you wish to cancel your order after it has shipped, you will need to initiate a return once you receive the item.

8. International Returns:

For international returns, customers are responsible for return shipping, taxes, duties, and fees. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
